What We Do

We provide a Distribution Management System we call VirtGate via a web service that automates the workflow of a wealth management, life insurance or health insurance brokerage enterprise. VirtGate is used to track all aspects of a brokerage business and integrated with data feeds to and from product manufacturers and other trading partners eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the amount of time it takes to work on a client account. Our mission is to continuously find ways to save our clients time and enhance their profitability and so as a necessary consequence VirtGate is very cost-effective.

FundSERV Integration

The option is in VirtGate for Canadian Fund processing to be completely automated through FundSERV. There is no extra cost from VirtGroup beyond the FundSERV transmission fees. Buy, sell and switch orders can placed through VirtGate and the client files, transactions, and commission files automatically imported and the records in VirtGate updated. Unit values and general fund information are integrated into VirtGate as well at no extra cost. There are two levels of support -- our normal free support and a more turnkey back office support option. The turnkey support option is results in lower cost than hiring, training and supervising staff leveraging your valuable time and at the same time provides instant expertise
