There is also unlimited online document support (e.g. including but not limited to scanned documents) is included. Fee Schedule Guaranteed for 5 Years The "Term" of the Agreement is 5 years as measured from the first of the calendar month following the date where a VirtGate Site is put into production. In the event the Services are not satisfactory to our customer for any reason, they may terminate the service agreement without penalty (but no refund of fees paid in advance or for Set Up). At the end of the Term, the customer will always receive the best of contractual terms available to new incoming clients or other most favored clients with the exception that there would be no repeated Set Up fees. Annual Fee Option At the option of the customer, to reduce the dollar outlay, instead of any monthly fees for a subsequent 12-month period, the customer may instead pay an amount that is equal to 10 times the applicable one monthly fee annually in advance. If this option is elected, there are no monthly fees for the subsequent 12-month period. This option represents an annual effective interest rate of 51%. Payment of Fees All Fees are payable in advance of service. In Canada, Goods and Services Tax (GST) applies on Fees.
