Our insurance brokerage operation made a commitment to move to an Internet based data management system two years ago. After ten years of working with local area network software that tracked submitted, pending and issued cases, it had become obvious to us that weekly status communication to our producers utilizing the Postal Service was ineffective way to expedite business.
